Primary Update:Animal protection was a clear winner with over 96% of MVFA-endorsed Humane Candidates winning their races in the statewide primaries!

MVFA looks for candidates who will be the best and most effective voice for animals in the Maryland General Assembly. MVFA’s endorsement process is based on a candidate's proven leadership and commitment to the humane treatment of animals, as well as an evaluation of the candidate’s background and campaign viability.  

Electing humane legislators is critical to protecting animals and helping Maryland become a more humane state.  You only get to vote once every 4 years - Please vote!
